The aide that I had from them never showed up on time. I was charged for mileage, the charge was ALWAYS twice what it should have been. I would ask my aide to meet me at appointments, he would NEVER show up! Frequently, I was charged forhim anyway! The staff a the office would NEVER make any corrections eithrmer.
I am a client of Springhills Home Care and have been extremely happy with the quality of the service I have received from them since I first became aware of this agency. I have several years of experience with several other agencies and Springhills of Centerville continues to far exceed my expectations. One primary reason I believe this is true is because of the excellent Director of Operations, and her goal to always provide a high quality of care and only higher the most qualified employees!
I worked for this company a one day they did not compensate my money to me after I was told I would get paid for showing up at least how terrible
It has been a pleasure being apart of the Spring Hills Home Care family. Great place to work, and the staff cares Greatly for their employees and home care clients. Everyone is friendly and are willing to work around personal schedules for work. I enjoy working with such wonderful coworkers and meeting new families to care for their loved ones. ❤️
