This is the worst facility I have ever seen. The things I hear and see are disgusting. They can take their fancy place and shove it. The food is absolutely disgusting. They have no activities for these elderly people whatsoever. They are constantly changing hands and the worst thing these elderly people do not get their medication!!! People are great. A beautiful facility.
The people living here wait between one and two hours to be served the most meager portions of food. Questions and complaints to the corporate office are ignored. Update: they are now asking me to email them because of this post. I called their corporate office four times in two weeks and was ignored. December 18 update: I emailed them my contact per their request and then again failed to contact me.
I am a resident here and they do not feed us. We wait and wait.
