I want to say A BIG :) THANK YOU - to ALL the wonderful & caring staff at The Spring Hills - Hunter’s Creek location - for assisting my mom in the 1 month period that she has been living there. It was very hard at first for my mom - she wanted to leave & she refused to accept that she needed more care and could no longer live alone. But - the staff really made her feel like family. Lovely but dated facility with great location for being able to visit or take residents out shopping at nearby stores and restaurants. Lots of staff turnover, which is typical, but they always manage to find a few gems like Marie and Gladys in memory care. Mom started out in assisted living but has been moved to memory care after several months, so we're familiar with having to learn new staff and managers and identify who is goid and who is most willing and able to help effectively.
