Chris has been fantastic. Truly helping me find myself. Very professional and accommodating for my schedule.
Please don't waste your time and money! Told me over the phone he could provide me the proper paperwork to return to work. Long story short after 4 sessions would not tell my job I could or could not return to work he wanted another Dr to take that responsibility! Not worth the headache!!
