Awful experience. No communication. Do not let them smile and fool you. Management is the worst. On the other hand, Miss kitty, the infant teacher, is such an angel and I know she loves the children like her own. She was the best part of me and my kids experience here at KinderCare springhill.

We moved from California to TN a year old and were worried what we were going to do for our 7 year old son. The daycares only go up to Pre-K age, we were thankful for Campbell Station KinderCare. They had a School Age program, an answer to my husband and I’s prayers. Lauren and the other teachers were very welcoming and my son absolutely loves coming here. In the infant rooms, Ms Kitty and Odessa and Nancy are my child’s absolute favorite caregivers. She is always so excited to see and interact with them every morning. Infant 1 classroom have caregivers who truly care about the children and take the time to listen to parents and meet each child’s individual needs. Even just simply talking with these three ladies, you can immediately see her passion and how much love and effort they puts into giving these kids the very best care possible.

As a first-time mom myself, i feel like you will always worry about whether your child is being cared for when they are away from you. This center, especially the director Kim and assistant director Amy, goes above and beyond to make families feel comfortable, supported, and at home. They are always willing to help problem-solve or simply talk things through when needed. In the infant rooms, Miss Kitty and Odessa are my child’s absolute favorite caregivers. Excellent staff! My grands love their teachers. They are learning and thriving. Most everything is included in tuition making drop off and pick up easier.
