I strongly advise against choosing this facility for your loved ones. The kitchen is completely unsanitary and poorly maintained. Unfortunately, the kitchen manager is entirely indifferent and complacent regarding these severe cleanliness issues. Please see the attached photos for a clear look at the conditions here. What a great place to go for rehab!!! Drs, nurses, all employees go out of their way to make you feel special! Excellent care. Hannah in Social Services, Miki, Stacy, and all the rest were so accommodating and knowledgeable. They were all pleasant to work with. If in the future we have need for rehab, Aviata is where we will go!

The nurses are over worked but all seem to care but the social worker Hanna is beyond rude! She is trying to deny my mother of her rights, refusing to issue her a 72 hr notice and is try to give us only a 48 hr so her review for extension on days will be denied and states I don't know what I talking about and hangs up on me when I am my mother's power of attorney.
