I do believe that if my 97 year old dad had stayed another day in this place, he wouldn't have made it out. He got impacted 3 times while in there, the third time I insisted that he be sent to the hospital since they had nothing to relieve him. I kept going up to the nurse's station and asking for something to relieve his pain. I was told it's coming. His stomach was extended and he was moaning. This place is wonderful. The people are wonderful it’s clean they’re there for you whenever you ask the food is fantastic. They only have one problem. Patient aren’t allowed to smoke but they have a smoking area for the employees. Can you explain that to me please wonderful place would recommend this to anybody.
Updates on 3/29/24 at the bottom This has to be the most unorganized and disgusting rehab facility ever. 1st, they allow other patients to roam into other patience rooms steal there belongings, I asked the nurse about seeing a man in a wheelchair going into my fathers rooms and was told they aren't responsible. 2nd, the TV in my father's room is falling off the wall mount. I have a video, only 1 bolt is holding the TV on the mount and they are using the cable to balance it from being lopsided. 3rd my father was an out patien... read more
Outstanding five stars all nurses n CNA are fantastic. Rehab people are true professionals. Cleaning people outstanding 24 hrs a day. Office personel are Top of there game here . Head nursing fabulous always willing to listen to you needs and wants here. If you were not sure about coming here before please give it a try new ownership all new staffing plus student nursing learning while they train here. Outstanding facility now. I rate it a 10 plus.
My buddy Dennis is in this rehab and the laundry has had all his new clothes for 7 days and can't find them. He has not had a shower in that many days as well because he refuses to put on dirty clothes. I would not recommend some place that can't even get the clothes back so the family can wash them. Update: the facility responded and claims they are Under New Management but they lost his clothes and he was never compensated for them.
