Had a family member there. The staff member Monique did absolutely nothing but talk bad things about her patients and most of her coworkers. She seemed to into causing trouble than taking care of anyone. She's too old to be doing that . How is she still there? I met a patient named Roger who won't even go eat in the cafeteria if she's in there. She laughed and thought it was funny because she's been there too long for them to care or to fire her
Our loved one spent a few weeks at Aviata Spring Hill facility and we want to give a special shout out and big thank you to Hannah who worked tirelessly navigating our very complex family dynamics. She exhausted all possible options to find the very best long term care for our loved one. Additionally, Jackie and Tina in the nursing/care staff went the extra mile.
Husband kept “ falling” out of bed. Requested a lower bed, finally after numerous request, they did comply. Too late, we had him removed from this place, at 11:00 am on Thursday,7/24/25. He passed away at Hospice House less than 12 hours later. This place is GROSSLY under staffed. Some f the CNA’s speak, instruct, patients in their native young. low class workers everyone who works here is miserable and takes it out on the elderly patients. My grandma was here for 2 or 3 weeks and was mistreated by other patients and staff, she was punched by a patient and had the police called. The lady in charge of my grandmothers vapes would bully and not give her the vapes and said it was a privilege to be outside to smoke.
