I have seen Meredith for both pregnancy care and gut health treatment, and every experience has been incredibly positive and worthwhile. Most recently, Meredith has been helping me address gut inflammation. She is patient, takes the time to listen carefully to my symptoms and concerns, and provides thoughtful, extremely knowledgeable and personalised advice. Since beginning treatment with Meredith, I have experienced significant improvements and excellent results. I couldn't recommend Meredith and the practice more highly.

I had the most amazing experience working with Meredith. She worked continuously with me over a period of time working through different issues that came up and addressing and treating all of them. I couldn't recommend spring health more as I had such a beautiful experience, Meredith is knowledgeable, professional, warm and caring at the same time.

I've only seen Meredith for about 4 weeks. I started seeing her to help me deal with thyroid issues before I need to go on medication. However I that short time she has managed to clear up inflammations and give me back energy I haven't had for years. Its small changes to address underlying issues, but so worthwhile to get to the bottom of ongoing problems. I feel so much better for it and am not as stressed or tired as previously.

I have a number of health issues, that leave me feeling exhausted and often unmotivated to do anything much... Auto immune disease and an underactive thyroid, has left me struggling to sometimes get out of bed... Let alone function normally. A Friend suggested I should look at Dr Meredith O'loughlan and Springhealth, after seeing a flyer for an education session, which I could not attend. I have so much to be thankful to Meredith for. Not only has she had me feeling amazing, healthy and full of energy for the first time in years. She has also helped me heal my body enough to finally conceive after almost 5 years of trying. Meredith is understanding, caring and so knowledgeable.
