I am so grateful to have found Meredith @ Spring Health. After 12 months of chronic constipation and impacted bowel, Meredith completely turned my 13 year old daughter's life around. I was in despair as a parent; being told by two doctors that all they could do was recommended laxatives. Meredith 's nutrition plan, acupuncture and supplements and genuine care have everything back to working as it should. Thank you Meredith.

After being told that nothing could be done, it seemed that we had to resign to living with a facial nerve/muscle issue. A recommendation to consult Spring Health in Ballarat has proven to be a life altering experience. The outcome has been nothing short of miraculous. Meredith is an incredible expert on the benefits of acupuncture and Chinese medicine, and is genuinely passionate about changing her patients lives. I recently experienced Otis media (infection on inner ear) with fluid on the inner ear. After 5 weeks of gp treatment (ie steroids and antibiotics) with no progress on my eustaycian tube being blocked in my left ear and risk of further infection and possible associated hearing loss.. I really appreciated Meredith’s thoughtful and caring approach to my acupuncture treatments. With her experience and skill she was able to provide specific treatment for the peripheral neuropathy I was experiencing during chemotherapy and soft tissue gastro intestinal healing post surgery. The burning and sore feet I felt after my first chemotherapy treatment, disappeared after acupuncture!
