This bank used to be great. The bank where your known! Not anymore. Banked here for over 15 years and today I call to ask a question and not only was the girl pretty annoyed with having to take my call but NEVER or couldn't answer the pretty basic questions I was asking. She was rude and unhelpful. Huge disappointment. Wish I had gotten your name so I could've made a formal complaint. I'll be changing to online banking. What a HUGE disappointment FSSB is.
The customer service at this location is poor. During the two recent visits I was not able to conduct business because the ONE person who could assist me was on lunch break! I was told to wait, return later, or go to the Johnsburg branch ! In my recent visit all I wanted to do was add my daughter’s name to my checking account . Only one person is able to do this and she was at lunch! Honestly it’s very frustrating!

I'm not very happy with this bank. The company I work for does their banking here and when I bring my paycheck here to cash it I get charged $30 because I don't have an account here. But the check is from this Bank. This is the first time I've ever seen a bank that charges to cash their own checks and at an outrageous price at that.
