My mum has been a resident at Spring Grove for 1 year. We are very happy with the care she receives. It is not only professional but also caring and respectful. We have had some tough times over the year as she has Alzeheimers but carers and managers have regularly communicated with us and gone out of their way to help manage her needs. I am a Private Physiotherapist associated with Spring Grove Care Home for about 15 years. I always find all staff and management at home are very caring and helpful. They are always very willing towards the rehabilitation of the residents I work with. I would strongly recommend Spring Grove Care Home for anyone looking for respite or permanent care.
A delightful care home with kind, caring staff. A manager who is genuinely interested in every trial and tribulation of everybody who is involved in any way with the home be it a resident, members of their family, staff and independent workers - such as myself the visiting chiropodist - this place has a warm, friendly atmosphere.
