I had some issues coming off the pill with irregular periods and wanting to get my cycle back to normal after 15 years on the pill. I was recommended by a number of people to see Katika. By the second cycle my period was back to normal and fell pregnant shortly after. Katika is so knowledgeable and treats you holistically as a whole through diet and lifestyle changes etc. Thank you for everything Katika you’ve been amazing!
