I was the owner of SCH when Mr. Bully was looking for his mother. His mother was not at our facility, and according to HIPPA we could divulge no information on any of our current or previous Residents. I spoke with Mr. Bully, contacted the facility where his mother was, received permission to let Mr. Bully know his mother’s location and gave that information to Mr. Bully.
