I thought the whole point of the lottery was so that public education would be fully funded, forever. Why, then, does SBISD keep begging for more bonds, or even collect taxes? Sometimes I wonder if our politicians are being honest with us.
I went around 9am in a Thursday. There was no wait going into the lobby and one car in the drive through. The clerk immediately came to the window and greeted me with a smile. I was done quickly and wished a nice day. I would say this was a 5 star customer experience!
