From out of town and needed a copy of an inspection ran. (1page) I walked in the door explained the situation offered to pay for the copy and the only two clerks I seen refused because I was not a customer of their bank? (Hence from out of town) Maybe I could understand if the bank was extremely busy, but I was the only person in the bank. So much for the friendly small town friendly neighborhood banks??? So very sad 🤷♂️
Wonderful 40's feeling of an old home town bank. Tellers get to know you by name and face, and they are so darn friendly! This is the exact image of a company I like to see to imitate an old town feeling in a small town like ours :)
