It's a good BASIC bank. But the staff lacks customer service. I've felt judged and uncomfortable every time I've spoken to a teller. Looking forward to using them less.

I visited Spring Bank on Dec 16th, I requested to close my account. Account was not closed. My last digits of my ssn - **** I contacted Spring Bank last Monday and requested to close the account again. Employee, I believe with the name Luis, promised to send me documents to sign, but I did not receive anything. I contacted him again, he apologized and said that document still in outgoing email.
