The management/owners here are unfortunately biased and ban family members from seeing their own blood. It's sad that this place has failed people like ours, because all we want is to see our relatives and this place is NOT it, I do not recommend to anyone.
Both of my parents are residents here. They have completely different needs and staff is adept at meeting them. Although they started out on the assisted living side, we were able to move them to the memory care wing when the time was right. It was a seamless transition and the staff has worked hard to keep them happy and active. We personally have not experienced staff turnover since they moved to Spring Arbor. Spring Arbor of Crofton is an incredible place. The love and care that I’ve seen given to residents and their families goes above and beyond what I could ever imagine. My family just attended the Trick-or-Treating event and it was so sweet how they welcomed the community. It was heart warming to see so many families gathered with their loved ones from both the assisted living and memory care sides. I was also amazed to see how the staff works together. Spring Arbor is absolutely amazing. I went to 12 places before I found the right place for my dad. The faculty is outstanding and I couldn’t ask for any better care. My family loves this place and we know we picked the right place.
