We are very pleased with Spring Arbor. My mom has a one bedroom. The rooms are large enough for almost all her furniture. This has made it really feel like home. The bathroom is very large as well. The staff is very polite and friendly. They know everyone's name! They serve 3 meals a day with choices at each meal. There is a kitchenette area in the apartment with a sink, refrigerator, microwave and cabinet space. Nurses are on duty 24/7 and manage all medications. The management/owners here are unfortunately biased and ban family members from seeing their own blood. It's sad that this place has failed people like ours, because all we want is to see our relatives and this place is NOT it, I do not recommend to anyone.
Both of my parents are residents here. They have completely different needs and staff is adept at meeting them. Although they started out on the assisted living side, we were able to move them to the memory care wing when the time was right. It was a seamless transition and the staff has worked hard to keep them happy and active. We personally have not experienced staff turnover since they moved to Spring Arbor. Spring Arbor of Crofton is an incredible place. The love and care that I’ve seen given to residents and their families goes above and beyond what I could ever imagine. My family just attended the Trick-or-Treating event and it was so sweet how they welcomed the community. It was heart warming to see so many families gathered with their loved ones from both the assisted living and memory care sides. I was also amazed to see how the staff works together.
