I can't say enough "Great" remarks for the Cottages at Spring Arbor at Crofton! Mom has been on a roller coaster and with the support of Spring Arbor staff and medical teams, she has done a complete turn around and is so happy. Everyone meets each resident where they are in their journey. The entire staff is exceptional in all they do for their residents. Keep up the AWESOME job!
My mom Cleo Moore has been resident for 2.5 yrs . Before entering Spring Arbor at Crofton my mom was isolated and withdrawn from society .We were very skeptical how things were gonna workout .However once we enrolled she flourished she joined all the activities and outings provided by the facilty She interacts with the other residents and staff. We are truly grateful to Spribg Arbor and staff . It’s been godsend for my mom . Bob Jenkins son
AMAZING PLACE WE LOVE IT. I HAVE VISITED MANY TIMES. ALWAYS CLEAN AND THE STAFF IS WONDERFUL. WE ARE SO HAPPY WITH CROFTON SPRING ARBOR!
Great care was taken of my parents! Can't say enough good things. So many activities and they stop by and reminded them to come! Many staff were at my Dad's funeral after sudden heart attack. Communication was great too.
We are very pleased with Spring Arbor. My mom has a one bedroom. The rooms are large enough for almost all her furniture. This has made it really feel like home. The bathroom is very large as well. The staff is very polite and friendly. They know everyone's name! They serve 3 meals a day with choices at each meal. There is a kitchenette area in the apartment with a sink, refrigerator, microwave and cabinet space. Nurses are on duty 24/7 and manage all medications.
