My Mother was recently in the Care Center, the Nursing staff were professional and kind. Therapy was great. They explained everything to Us and answered all of our questions. I would pick this Care Center again. Very pleased with the experience!
Some of the staff are caring, helpful, and kind. Others are the exact opposite. I felt like I needed to be there everyday checking on my grandma and helping her, in order to get her basic needs met. . When she became bedridden and to weak to feed herself, (as well as placed on hospice)they argued with me that the staff didn’t have time to help her eat in her room , she needed to be taken to the dining room. Very Unprofessional & Hostile work Envionment. Management is Rude towards agency, including the DON (Irene Reed) who was Nasty & Rude with me & the Superviser who did NOT properly introduce herself before telling me "I need to stop playing on my phone & put people to bed" after 1. Checked the entire hall & everyone is in bed & those that were up were up on free will. 2. Checked & answered call lights. 3. Picked up Dinner trays 4. Staff is amazing. Nurses are top tier and they had ideas for the rooms to make it feel more like home. Very courteous and kind.
