I have been here for over two years. The staff is compassionate and the food is great. They are always willing to listen and lend a helping hand. I enjoy being here and would recommend to others!
If I could give this place a zero, I absolutely would — and I hope it gets shut down. A formal state complaint will be filed, not that it’ll surprise anyone since the state inspector has been there multiple times in one week. And honestly, they should. My father came here for rehab after major neck surgery — not to be ignored and left to rot in a wheelchair for hours on his first day. Staff very friendly, workable, entertaining, and accommodating. Food very good. My stay was pleasant and the physical therapy was very professional and helpful.
My Mother was recently in the Care Center, the Nursing staff were professional and kind. Therapy was great. They explained everything to Us and answered all of our questions. I would pick this Care Center again. Very pleased with the experience!
Some of the staff are caring, helpful, and kind. Others are the exact opposite. I felt like I needed to be there everyday checking on my grandma and helping her, in order to get her basic needs met. . When she became bedridden and to weak to feed herself, (as well as placed on hospice)they argued with me that the staff didn’t have time to help her eat in her room , she needed to be taken to the dining room.
