The place is nice the staff her is awesome they will answer any questions that you have .
Stopped in to tour for a loved one and was very happy with the amount of information they shared with me! Management staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. I will be keeping them in mind for future nursing home needs!
I am very happy with the friendly, prompt care and staff. The staff always makes me feel well cared for and loved with their kind and personable interactions. They are also very helpful when I have any questions. I am very thankful for Smithville Western Care Center for helping me and going above and beyond!
This place needs some major improvements-starting with the administrator-he does not follow through with anything as promised and has been dismissive of our concerns about lack of activities. Building is very outdated. However the care staff has been great! kitchen staff and housekeeping are very friendly and helpful as well.
