This facility needs to be thoroughly audited. As soon as you walk in it smells like feces and urine which says a lot in itself for first impressions and how neglected residents hygiene is. Residents sit for hours in their own waste.There are no requirements for checking in…anyone can come in and enter your loved one’ s room and do whatever to them or remove them from the facility. Employees beware!! This place is full of work-place bullies who will literally stand in the hall in front of others and complain about you loud enough for you to hear. They will look for any minor reason to take away all of your bonus money. You put in 90hrs or more for 2 weeks and clock in 60 seconds late one day, they will take ALL of your bonus cash for that pay period. 60 seconds will cost you hundreds of dollars that you've busted your butt to make.
