My 87 year old vet wanted out of their facility and they would not let him go. He felt like he was being kept against his will.
I would like to thank the staff, including both office and medical personnel, for the way they have treated my wife in her battle against cancer. The nurses make sure we know all about any meds or appointments, and the aides are friendly and professional with her care. I pray that my love will be walking out of the facility in due time so we can enjoy watching our granddaughter grow, but in the meantime I thank Autumn Aegis for their outstanding service. I can't believe this place. My wife was sent here with uteran cancer to build strength to take chemotherapy. Certain staff members have very uncaring attitudes. Since she is weak and can't do much for herself, I address any concerns on her behalf. Some staff members see me and don't like it because I won't let them treat my wife like a dog. Matter of fact, the other day I saw 2 aids making up her bed and having a nice chat session. My wife was in a wheelchair and in great need of laying down.
