They NEVER answer their phones.
If you are considering moving to Spotsy, do not. Almost $1000 a year in property taxes for 2 cars. One of my cars is a 26 year old garaged, unused, inoperable vehicle. I called to discuss and was teansferred FOUR times with no full explanation of why my bill is so high. Insufferable with nonexistent customer service.
The worst of worse . Rude people . They will not ever ever help a person out . Pay your bill or legal action .
Don’t trust them to actually change your address when you go IN PERSON to do it. Never realized that I never got my personal property tax bill from them until I went to go renew my car’s registration and the DMV bladed me because of unpaid personal property taxes and I can’t log in and pay them because I don’t have my account number because I NEVER GOT MY BILL!!!!
I shouldn't have to pay for taxes on the things I own and then still get charged a "service fee" when paying for said taxes
