Antes de spoton, maneje 2 otros sistemas que tenia mucha falta de servicio y no habia alguien local. Desde la primera cita y asesoria, hasta ahorita, no ha existido falla. Slow processing speed, POS even on there own internet runs slow don't get this if you need a quick running POS System. Also they won't let you demo the equipment. that should have been a warning sign from the jump. Nice people crap product. CEO fed me a BS line about not locking into a contract but will stick you with a big bill and no returns when there product doesn't perform up to a minimal standard. Trash system, CEO lies, and now im throwing a bunch of equipment in the trash that is perfectly fine! WASTEFUL!
Worked with a massive variety of restaurant systems over the years SpotOn is great and my rep Drew Kimball was very helpful and patient with my team and bilingual chefs we are extremely grateful for the Kimball brothers in Utah and highly recommend them
