First time today at this store and won't be going back. In a nutshell, bored and disinterested young staff who made no effort to assist when we asked for assistanc aside from a perfunctory hand wave stating "It is over there somewhere". No trolleys available and noone offered to help with a very large amount of goods. Noone on the floor to ask questions of, had to walk back to the checkout multiple times to ask something of. Had an amazing experience with Elle from the party area. I was having a bit of a crisis with last minute balloons and in addition to that, the store was unfortunately slammed and super busy so my order did not come through until later in the day. Elle provided me with consistent and ongoing communication and spent a significant amount of time solving my problems, providing very creative and effective solutions. Due to this I was saved! I am so appreciative of Elle and the spotlight team last night!

Very messy store as shoppers can be pigs leaving stock everywhere. Lots of items not priced and none of the price check scanners work.
