I went to the store to get some yarn and gotta say, it was pretty good! the staff there were nice and joyful. Although the place is a little expensive, i'll still be shopping here again for more yarn
The floor staff were unhelpful and unwilling to assist with a simple price check. Instead, they directed me to line up at the checkout, causing unnecessary delays for paying customers. What was particularly frustrating was that the staff member was carrying a price-checking device and could have easily assisted on the spot.
