Hint......the next time you want to treat a customer returning 2 fully intact and still packaged pillows like they are beneath you, think before you pound on the pillows, not once but 3 times, think before you check their VALID receipt not once but 4 times and before you flip them over and around think how your lack of courtesy is portrayed to an elderly lady.
