I’m very disappointed with the customer service I experienced at Spotlight. I approached an older female staff member to ask about a discount and simply wanted some clarification. Unfortunately, she was unable to explain the discount and told us that even the staff were not clear about it. While I understand that not every staff member may have all the information, what was most disappointing was the attitude and lack of effort to assist us.
