Typically there are not enough staff put on - customers have to queue at the checkout for ages. Certainly no one around to ask to help you find something in this particularly cramped Spotlight. Online orders are quite often cancelled because they can’t find what is meant to be there any more than a customer can. Remnants basket is overflowing and overpriced.
