Loved it.Great selection and service
Can barely walk in there without having to manoeuvre around stock left laying on the isle floors. Very disorganised and cluttered. I’m a VIP member, and this is the worst Spotlight store I’ve ever visited by a long shot.
I am travelling through town and thought I would stop in for some wool. I have been to many Spotlight stores but never to one as dirty as this one. Either the cleaning staff are on strike or the staff are lazy. The floors look like they haven't been cleaned in months. Very disappointing. Lift your game Tamworth.
I went into Spotlight Tamworth today for the first time in while and I was greeted by the most cheerful and welcoming staff member I have ever been welcomed by in a retail store. A massive thank you to Ava, for making my shopping experience better, and going above and beyond to help me with my purchases. Despite the complications she and the other employees were facing with rude customers and system issues, she maintained amazing customer service skills and continued to be polite, helpful and understanding.
