What an amazing team of service staff, Rachelle was so helpful , kind and very thorough. She made someone with limited experience feel confident. Thank you
Great
Very over stocked. Difficult to get down isles. Hard to find staff. When you do find staff most of them a helpful. Way over priced items. Will only go there when I cannot source anywhere else.
10/26 Trying to get through to staff on telephone is useless, they leave you on hold forever or you are in the ether holding on and forgotten. Customer service is terrible. And..trying to find anything in this crowded, narrow and awful building is terrible. ___________________________ I find the new store unlikeable, it is smaller, tighter to navigate with narrow aisles and items much more challenging to locate. I wish they'd stayed where they were.
Staff are helpful when approached. Everything is available.
