Helium balloons taken on 25/4 from spot light Springvale branch at 4:30pm didn’t even last for 5 hours. We recd a call from the branch on 24/4 as they were confused with the order. I called the branch at 10:50am on 26/4 and no response and called again at 2:30pm and advised Bella the situation. The store manager Teresa called back and instead of taking feedback accused me of not calling earlier. I had a disappointing experience at the balloon section earlier in Sandown Park today 24th April at around 4:50pm . The staff were not helpful at all, gave us side eyes there was very little customer service, and I did not feel welcomed during my visit. was hoping for a friendly and supportive experience, but unfortunately that was not the case. No matter how much we want the balloon for our birthday soon , we decided not to get it due to that staff attitude. I hope management can improve staff attitude and customer service ... read more
