I had a lovely experience in Spotlight in Sale , Vic, today, especially thanks to a young man named Loki (not sure of the spelling). I came in on a limited budget, trying to find some items for my granddaughters bed. Loki overheard what I was looking for, and came over to me to offer his help, cheerfully, and going over and above to guide me in the right direction.
