Recently I went to Spotlight Queanbeyan where I had been a member for many years. I was confronted aggressively by four staff members about bringing my service dog with me. Despite the fact that his harness shows he is a service dog and I have a lanyard around my neck with my certification. I don't mind being asked but there was absolutely no need for the aggression. Everything I needed was available and the staff member who served me was knowledgeable about products and where they are located. She was very friendly and helpful

Amazing experience with the staff, It was my first time doing a project by myself and staff member Ellie was extremely helpful. she helped me find the products I needed and gave me some advice. lovely girl. will come back again!
