Great service. I recently used their private chauffeur service for an elegant date night. Driver arrived on time took us where we needed to go drove us around the beautiful district of Washington DC and back to our drop off location. I will definitely be using spotlight rental car again in the future.
I was skeptical at 1st but I will say they are a legit company with great vehicles available. I couldn't give 5 star cause they arrived late due to traffic, having to get gas, and our original selected vehicle was changed so it threw off the whole color scheme. But they were very professional and offered the time back in return and the chauffeur dressed to the occasion. My son had a great time and that's what mattered most. Amazing cars and professional business.
I made a reservation somehow they didn’t have my reservation. But they turned it around quickly and made accommodations for Prom last minute. Very professional, quick response.
Spotlight rental car came through in the clutch for my daughter’s prom and hooked us up with the blue to black cyber truck. And when I say came through I mean 2 days before prom come through. I specifically wanted chauffeur services and was able to have the vehicle and schedule accommodated. The chauffeur was really cool, patient, and assisted with giving my high school senior a memorable experience.
