Lovely service at this spotlight especially from pierce went out of his way and another young man to finally find me my special King single item very grateful to both guys and pierce called me to let me know they finally found one for me that's top service so thankyou guys so much
Got some good yarn
Had blinds shortened here and told they would take 4-6 weeks contacted after 7 weeks to see if they were ready yet. Called Preston Spotlight multiple times and was hung up on, when I did get through they transferred me and then I was on hold until they hung up after waiting on hold. Called 4 more times and hung up on, when they did answer I explained this to the person, I keep getting cut off so could they pass a message on and get them to call back so I don’t have to wait and be hung up on they kept speaking over me say wha... read more
Some good bargains, however lots of items have no price tags on them. So a bit annoying that you have to find someone to give you a price check. Otherwise lots of discounted items.
Please fix the big issue with the checking out queues. It’s always a 15 minute plus wait. I’m currently in the queue and the poor young lady has about 15 people waiting. She has called for help twice, nobody appears and there are plenty of staff floating around out the back.
