I first visited Spotlight Optical many years ago by chance, and it has been my go-to optician ever since. The team is patient, professional, and helpful, with a great selection of stylish frames and efficient service. I’ve always had an excellent experience and highly recommend Spotlight Optical!

Good customer service.
I have been a customer of Spotlight Optical since 2024 and had negotiated prices with them on previous visits without any issue. I have also seen other customers negotiate, so I had no reason to believe that discussing the price was inappropriate. During my latest visit, however, the owners told me I was “wasting their time” and said, “This isn’t Pakistan.” I found this remark discriminatory, derogatory, and completely unnecessary.
