Friendly staff, got everything and more.
Just this minute witnessed a male 'manager' treating a female employee like actual dirt. Condescending to the utmost. Unwilling to listen or to care. The woman is just trying to set up a display seriously no need to undermine her willingness to exist in your presence. You probably can't help it. Sucks to be you and anyone around you. Shame.
Every time I visit this store it is extremely busy with one person on the checkout. I have tried to do click and collect thinking it may be a quicker easier option - unfortunately not especially when I was given the wrong items. Today 07.08.26 - there was a young man serving who refused to ask for help. There was over 30 people in line. I asked if he was the only worker to which he responded “I’m the only one serving” which was quite obvious. Do better to Lessening wait times and overall customer satisfaction.
Very slow service, took over 10 minutes of waiting in line ( there were at least 8 people in line ) to finally to be served. Need more then one person at registers or at least call for another person to serve customers.
