I had 2 visits to spotlight to order some helium balloons for a party, then pick them up last Saturday. Apart from alot of items being out of stock when I was first looking, when I picked up my prepaid order last Saturday (can’t get any easier than that) , the girl had such a rude attitude, & I mean attitude. Great range and great prices with friendly staff
22nd June roughly 1330pm, one older staff member serving, while at least 10+ people wait with multiple items. We all waiting yet management of this store still doesn't send more people to serve. I put the stuff down and walked out, incompetence by management of this store.
