We came to get some balloons filled with helium. Kay provided excellent service - really helpful and great to chat to and really provided fantastic customer service despite being busy. Blake was also super helpful after I had some difficulties transporting the balloons home! Thank you so much 🎈
Terrible customer service it’s absolutely appalling. Me and my friend had asked this lady for something didn’t talk at all, was giving one word responses and was being absolutely rude and impatient and had no idea where anything was. Then she said she was going to go get another person to help and she took around twenty minutes. The other guy she had gotten was no help either, and had terrible hygiene issues that need to be addressed asap, would never go back to this store thank you
