The tidiest store of Spotlight ever visited. Fabulous. Staff took me to each item I needed. Could not speak more highly of the store
We’ve been in here 3 times this week and not once was any staff friendly towards us. We witnessed them being rude to other customers in the cutting department as well. Asking for assistance appeared to be an inconvenience to them. It really isn’t that hard to be polite and friendly.
After checking they were in stock online the night before, I went to Mittagong Spotlight to purchase the items I required. I wasn’t able to find them on the shelf so showed an assistant the item on their website, and that it said it was in stock. The assistant said he hadn’t seen them out for a while so they’re ‘probably under a pile out the back’. He did not offer to go and get them, or even look! I’ve just arrived home where the young guy serving me replaced two plain sheets with a fitted one and didn’t give the receipt. Once again incredibly poor customer service. Yesterday (28/12), several staff waited until after 9am to open the store. I had just walked past Pillow Talk and Petbarn who also open at nine and they had opened their stores.
