Shout out to Vee (? Hope that’s correct, blonde bob hair) from the fabric desk who assisted us today with curtains and rods. Outstanding service, great product knowledge.
I called ahead to make sure the item I wanted was in stock. The lady I spoke to was really pleasant. She put me through to a young lady who was also really lovely and who set the item aside for me. I just picked it up and both ladies at the service desk were great. A very good experience in a clean, tidy, and helpful store.
I never leave a bad review but I just left the store in a fit of rage due to being given the run around for over an hour with staff not knowing the were a-bouts of mosquito netting, I was searching high low with no direction then when I found it on my own the lady cutting customers before me took soooooo long and was just chatting and no idea what she was doing so after an hour of waiting and getting frustrated I left in a huff ….. the drive over and back from Caloundra was a waist of time…
Great shop. Lots of beautiful quilting fabrics including great specials on fat quarters
