Be aware that the stock information for stores means nothing. I make sure I check stock availability before I go and when I get there, there's no stock of that item. When you get the staff to check and they say, 'oh yes, it's saying we have five', but they are unwilling to try and find the item and just shrug their shoulders and say, 'Someone must have stolen it'. I hate spotlight now. It used to be so good. So many fabrics and stocked full of sewing things. Now it’s a giant $2 shop filled with crap, that you have to walk through to get to the fabrics. Better off going to lincraft and smaller boutique stores. Worst quality stuff than Kmart or target. Why would I buy a random cheap framed picture or a bull? I don’t usually give reviews as I am mostly happy with services. This one’s gone down hill.
Confusing store and staff are not willing to help when asked where the items are. I spent half an hour doing laps around the store by myself and left without finding what I was there for. Such a waste pf time
I went to go and pick up my Click & Collect parcel. It was so quick & easy.
