Lots of variety, quite well stocked. A little messy at times compared to other stores. Staff not always as helpful
smStaff told us we have to take items back to the branch they were purchased from for exchange. this s against Spotlight policy but they were not interested.
Because I have eye issues, I phoned Spotlight at 7.55am on Monday 12/10 to ask what time would you be open today. The lady I spoke to gave me the information. Because I'm a polite lady, I thanked her by saying "thanks for your help". She said nothing in reply, not even goodbye, and hung up the phone. How rude and unprofessional. After all, it's customers like myself that keep her in employment. You know who you are, so I would suggest that you practice being polite and friendly. 👎
Thanks for your advice and ideas in designing my bunch of party balloons for my granddaughter. The service you gave me was amazing Adele.
