Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Went in to buy containers that were shown as “in stock” online, only to be met with attitude from someone called Marsden who apparently manages the store. No apology, no attempt to fix the system error, just rudeness. If you can’t handle basic customer interactions or admit when your own system is wrong, you shouldn’t be in a management role. Spotlight Indooroopilly needs to seriously reconsider who they put in charge of this store. Avoid if you want to be treated with basic respect.

Store is downstairs in the Carpark. It’s a good size with all the usual spotlight departments. The team are young and friendly. They have good range of fabrics, Manchester, Craft and Arts supplies. They do click and collect orders as well as Online deliveries. There is a nice cafe on the top floor and they are only across the road from Indooroopilly Shopping Centre.

Appalling customer ‘service’ from Manager Marsden today. I don’t know how he can be in a position of leadership with such poor manners and lack of respect for customers.
