Like most Spotlight stores, the customer service at Indooroopilly is almost nonexistent on the floor. The dealings I've had with the staff over the years has been mostly positive and I've found them friendly and helpful but the lack of training is evident. I prefer this store to Ipswich for staff assistance as well as the upkeep of stock on display.
BUYERS BEWARE. Product: Gummerson Rylee Rollers - all sizes and colours. Frail, faulty, and just poor quality. Should be taken off the shelf immediately. These are absolute rubbish with mechanics that will break, and materials that dissipate fast. No accountability from spotlight.
Unfortunately the place has very few staff members and it is difficult to get any assistance. Interacted with two staff members - the first one made it clear they were not going to walk to show us where items were..just pointed in the directions of the items we needed. The second one was helpful but was unable to find the items we were looking for even though they had it in stock. Overall a disappointing experience
A large store with great range. Much easier to get to now the escalator is fixed!
