This is the worst Spotlight store I have ever visited. The customer service is consistently poor, particularly in the fabric section. Every time I go in, the staff appear unhappy and unwilling to help. It feels as though even simple requests are treated as a burden. I have visited this store around 20 times, and the experience only seems to be getting worse. At this point, I would rather shop online or go to Lincraft on the mainland, where the experience is far more pleasant.
