No checkout service no more
Self serve checkouts are such a silly idea for spotlight. Was there 2 days in a row and both times there was issues with the self serve checkouts which created a line forcing people to wait a ridiculous amount of time to make a purchase. Self checkouts work for places like Coles and Woolies but is clearly the wrong way to go for spotlight.
Weekend and only one person on the checkout. Constantly being interrupted and attending to people doing exchange products. Absolutely ridiculous. Even the serve yourself desk in a terrible position creating a bottle neck
