Just left Spotlight Geelong and they have horrible customer service, first worker we went to ask help for was too busy chit chatting. The next person I was asking for help to locate an item I said excuse me and in response I got “what” and she proceeded to tell me they didn’t have the item when it was in stock on their website and we had to find it ourselves. Typical spotlight, probably larger than most
Spotlight has a very big range of goods. I was disappointed with the wool selection. They have installed a self checkout which will hopefully make paying quicker as there is always a queue. Hard to find staff for assistance.
Spotlight Geelong Needs better lighting, how can you look at colours in such a dark and dreary environment. No stock even though the website says in stock. No staff willing to assist, with finding stock
