If I could give 0 stars I would. Placed a click and collect order at Everton Park Spotlight as all required items were showing in stock. Text received to come pick my order up. Order had two of four items missing...no email to let me know this. No refund for unavailable items. Back to the store and checked the shelves... multiple of each item are in stock. Huge shop with a great range of products and options.
You spend ages searching for what you want in person, because the website is terrible. You can't browse on your mobile without it thinking that scrolling is a click. So you go in person and it's just chaos, overstocked, no sorting, just mismatched sections. Even the price tags just say a b,c,d,e,f,g... For what? Single, double, Queen, King? After you find something worth purchasing you then line up waiting for a self serve checkout and one staff member assisting people using the machines.
