Nice store, but the manager Steph, was chatting with two staff members, coffee in hand. I asked about pricing, and she and the other two totally ignored me. One staff member who was just passing by noticed and quickly stepped in. Manager Steph just kept walking around the store with her coffee in hand, not acknowledging other customers. Spotlight Essendon, you can do better.
Rude and uncooperative. I ordered click and collect, was told it would be ready within two hours. Went there after two hours and was told the click and collect system was down Would not give me the product although I had paid, had receipt and they had it in stock. I had driven there specifically to collect.
