I try not to buy junk but I needed a gift box so I ran the gauntlet and entered this complete tip of a store. There are items strewn everywhere, most items in the craft aisles not priced, the gift boxes were thrown everywhere and a lot of the boxes were missing lids. Went back a week later to see if boxes had been replaced, no they had not. The staff are clearly depleted, management obviously don't care.

Worst customer experience I’ve had in a store. Was directed to three different spots to be told ‘sorry I don’t do that’.
The place is a complete mess. Always looks worse than a market. Shelves stock scattered in different places for the same items. No order. Homewares are awful. Their cushions are awful, their plant section - couldn't even walk through it.and tacky. Price machines don't work.
