Here’s maybe an idea for click and collect. If the store is busy and it’s not possible to provide pick up in the two hour window (which is understandable) maybe within 2 hours you could at least confirm that the item in question is in stock? 1) Placed my order at 850, 2) after 2 hours tried to call just to verify the product was in stock (website said low stock everyone knows that = no stock, but I’m more than happy to try another Spotlight if I know what’s going on) Phone rang off the hook, no answer.
