Consistently the WORST shop I’ve ever been to. The store is always an absolute mess. Trollies and stock everywhere. Items aren’t priced so you have to take them to the counter to ask and then there’s hardly any staff to actually serve you. Today I had 3 rolls of fabric that needed cutting, I approached the fabric counter and the boy that was working greeted me by whining ‘Ugh, I was just about to have my tea break!’- because he didn’t want to cut my fabric. I overheard a phone call from what was a very angry customer regarding party balloons. Danielle handled the upset customer with professionalism and empathy . I was very impressed by her customer service! Both I and another customer gave her positive feedback. I work in customer service and we don't often hear about how well we do our job. Just wanted to let Danielle know she did an amazing job!
