Cant even provide you a receipt if you bought something 5 minutes ago. Customer care cant help either if I didnt use a VIP Spotlight card either as receipts get deleted within 12 hours??? Sounds dodgy to me
they mark the prices wrong on purpose, and even tell you your getting a good deal by telling you how much you would be saving on those stupid stickers. then when you go buy the actual thing, the aggressive lady tells you its actually like 40 dollars more expensive when that price was nowhere to be found on the actual shelf. when you inform them about that they just tell you youre mistaken. even when you actively show them. but APPARENTLY by giving them all your personal information so they can harrass your number, NOW they c... read more
Absolute WORST spotlight I’ve been in ever. Came in today with just over 30min til close for some bedding. The whole section was a mess and sheet sizes completely mixed up so it was impossible to actually find what we needed. Pillows were in wrong sections, showing tags that were almost 50% cheaper than what it actually was, but they were the wrong tags. Great Spotlight store with lots of variety, the only thing I would recommend to people going to Carnegie is to take the train as it’s much easier, finding parking around Carnegie can be quite tricky.
