My daughter and I were doing a bedroom makeover. We went to Spotlight yesterday running round gathering things for this little project. Holding up pillows, donnas etc to get 'our colour palette' 😄 anyway in our rush out the door (after paying of course 😛) we left the curtains behind. Only discovering today (Day 2) of the project. Rang the store, was kindly put onto the manager 'Claire/Clare' who was super nice and followed up immediately. Clare spoke very kindly and caring and did what she said she would do. Thank you
It's so hard to find someone to ask about any item there. Please, hire more staff.
Consistently slow service always waiting in a line no matter the day or time. Seems like they are short on staff every day. Otherwise great store with good product products, frequent discounts and VIP specials
They have a good selection of yarn and I managed to get a lot. But the customer service wasn't great. The lady who served us seemed annoyed and bored. I do understand it's school holidays and a weekend, but customer service is an important part of you job. If you want better customer service go to a different spotlight.
