Did a click and collect on the 5th of August in the Burnie store and couldn’t get in straight away to collect and then was in hospital only today 15/08 getting a chance to visit and collect my click and collect to find it had been refunded (yet to see) and returned to stock. No courtesy call to follow up just an out right cancel and returned to stock. Not sure why it couldn’t be held as it had been paid for. They are very unclear sometimes about whats on sale and whats not - its very deceiving and they hope you'll just pay full price. Customer service leaves a LOT to be desired... except for the young fellow who works in upholstery - he is the nicest and most helpful one there.
