Gemma at Spotlight Bundaberg is the best customer service rep I have ever come across. Called into the store on a busy Saturday morning, I was having a rough day already and couldn't find what I was looking for that I had seen online and said was available in Bundaberg. I was about to leave when Gemma came up to help, she went above and beyond what anyone else would do. She was run off her feet but she just kept smiling and helping not only me but so many others.
