Friendly staff and clean
Asked about the return policy when buying a sewing machine and I was told that I can do within 28 days and if the box is still unopened. However I took it back within 2 weeks and to my surprise that they mentioned that there is is no returns for sewing machine. Then they had to check with the salesperson who sold to me. In the end they said they can’t do a refund but only a gift card. This is not a good customer experience as I was misinformed at the time of purchase. Now I’m forced to spend my money there.
